It is an honor to present to you one of the most interesting and important projects for me since I set up Scriptorium Yayyan.

It is not every day that the opportunity arises to resurrect a lost historical document, it is the founding plan of the Villa de Valdepeñas de Jaén, a document that existed and was executed by one of the great masters of the Andalusian Renaissance, Juan de Reolid.

Thanks to the work of study and dissemination of the Cultural Association LUGIA, Valdepeñas de Jaén and the academic interest aroused in the architect and historian Manuel Saga, who has dedicated his doctoral thesis to the study of this region of the Sierra Sur de Jaén, the project of the elaboration of this foundational plan from the historiographical hypothesis elaborated by Manuel saga Amate+Saga and the historians of Lugia.

It has been a privilege to be able to reproduce in the manner of the time, on parchment, with precious pigments and 24kt gold leaf, this historical marvel that reappears in the greatest splendor
